Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms govern your use of the AI Edge website (ai-edge.tech) and related products including AI Edge: Checkup, AI Edge: Navigate, and AI Edge: Calibrate. By using any AI Edge product, you agree to these terms.
The service
AI Edge provides AI-related assessment tools and reports for organisations. Outputs are informational and do not constitute professional advice. You should not rely on AI Edge outputs as a substitute for professional consulting, legal, financial, or compliance advice.
AI-generated content
Navigate and Calibrate produce content using artificial intelligence. While we design our systems to produce accurate, useful output, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before acting on it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to AI Edge products. For Navigate, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from stakeholders before adding them to an engagement, including informing them that their survey responses and interview data will be processed by AI.
You are responsible for your own LLM API key and any costs incurred through its use with Navigate. AI Edge is not liable for charges from your LLM provider.
Data and confidentiality
Each engagement is completely siloed. Your data is not accessible to any other organisation. We do not use your engagement data to train AI models. Aggregate, anonymised data may be used for benchmarking as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
AI Edge, the AI Edge logo, Checkup, Navigate, and Calibrate are trademarks of Falcon Frameworks Pty Ltd. You may share your own engagement outputs freely. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label AI Edge products or outputs without written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AI Edge and Falcon Frameworks Pty Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
