This policy covers the AI Edge website (ai-edge.tech), AI Edge: Checkup, AI Edge: Navigate, and AI Edge: Calibrate. AI Edge: Compliance is covered by a separate privacy policy available on its platform.
Who we are
AI Edge is operated by Falcon Frameworks Pty Ltd (ABN [number]) trading as AI Edge. For questions about this policy, contact privacy@ai-edge.tech.
What we collect
AI Edge: Checkup collects survey responses (12 Likert scale ratings), company name (optional), industry, and organisation size. No personal identifying information is required to use Checkup or view results. If you choose to receive an email copy of your results, we collect your email address for that purpose only.
AI Edge: Navigate collects email addresses for early access notifications. When the platform launches, it will collect engagement data including company context, stakeholder names and email addresses (for survey distribution), survey responses, and AI interview transcripts.
AI Edge: Calibrate collects contact details (name, email, company, organisation size) submitted through the lead capture form.
We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral sources) using privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your data
Checkup survey responses are used to generate your scorecard and may be used in aggregate (without identifying your organisation) for benchmarking and trend analysis. We do not sell or share individual Checkup responses with third parties.
Navigate engagement data is used solely to produce your engagement output. Each engagement is siloed. No data from your engagement is accessible to any other organisation.
Contact details submitted through forms are used to respond to your enquiry or to notify you about product availability as you requested. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Use of AI and automated processing
AI Edge products use artificial intelligence to process data and generate outputs. Specifically:
Checkup produces scores and category-level insights using deterministic scoring logic (not AI). Tool recommendations are generated by rule-based matching against your scores and industry.
Navigate uses large language models to conduct interviews, generate findings, produce opportunities, and write report content. These outputs are generated automatically without human review. Navigate operates on a bring-your-own API key model, meaning your data is processed by the LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or other) under your own API agreement with that provider. AI Edge does not retain copies of data sent to your LLM provider.
No AI Edge product makes automated decisions about individuals. Outputs relate to organisational capability and are informational only.
Where your data is stored
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region. Data does not leave Australia unless you explicitly direct it to a non-Australian LLM provider through your own API key.
Data retention
Checkup responses are retained indefinitely for benchmarking purposes. No personal identifying information is attached to Checkup responses unless you voluntarily provide your email for a results copy.
Navigate engagement data is retained for 12 months after engagement completion, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion or opt in to benchmarking.
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@ai-edge.tech. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
